Digital instrument cluster continually turns off while operating. Yes its available for inspection When the instrument cluster of out, there is no speedometer, no turn signals, no safety features. On one occasion when the screen came back on it indicated that a crash was imminent when there was none. I believe this put our safety and others at risk as critical functions of the vehicle are not available when the screen in blank. Yes, the dealer has confirmed the issue on 3 separate occasions and attempted to fix it. It has been inspected by the manufacturer on 4 occasions. Vehicle timeline: •We took delivery of the car on [XXX] •On [XXX] the instrument cluster rebooted TWICE because of what we thought was CarPlay. •From 8/6/2024 to 8/12/2024 the dealer had the car and said it was my phone causing the issues and there was nothing wrong with the car. •On [XXX] we got videos of the entire screen AND instrument cluster going out and brought it in immediately for service •From 8/30/2024 to 9/6/2024 they had my car in service, they confirmed the ENTIRE instrument cluster was having issues and traced it to a bad connector and “fixed” it. •On [XXX] the screen AND entire instrument cluster started going out again. •From 9/10/2024 to 9/13/2024 they had my car in service, they once again confirmed the issue and traced it back to a pin problem. •On [XXX] the screen started going out again. We called Cherry Hill as Freehold cant seem to get the problem solved and could only get an appointment on 10/10/2024 •Between 9/27/2024 and 10/10/2024 we got DOZENS of videos of the ENTIRE instrument cluster going blank. On one of these occasions, when the screen came back on the safety features were freaking out that a crash was imminent when there was not. •From 10/10/2024 to 10/25/2024 they had my car in service where the once again confirmed the ENTIRE instrument cluster was going out and traced it to a set of pins and connectors in the car.
