The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the mileage was 18,000, and at the time of registration, it was discovered that the mileage was 34,235.

I WENT AROUND THE BLOCK OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD CITY STREET IN MOTION WHEN I SHIFTED INTO SECOND GEAR, THE FRONT WHEEL LOCKED PREVENTING ANY TYPE OF TURNING AND THE ACCELERATOR GOT STUCK WHILST STEADILY RISING UNTIL I SLAMMED INTO A TREE HEAD ON. THE LAST MPH I REMEMBER WHICH WAS THE VERY LAST THING I REMEMBER BEFORE IMPACT, WAS 45MPH
