Hello, I am the owner of the vehicle is a 2010 Infiniti QX56. Please look into any recalls provide placement or vehicle as well. I no longer have it as a vehicle was stolen. I need I need either a reimbursement or the vehicle, but it does have recalls, and the reason why the vehicle was stolen or taken from the truckstop was because of the tire the wheels something had to do with that the reason why I have no dangerous recall on vehicle. The passenger airbag restraint system has failed. Specifically, the passenger seat airbag sensor has failed, meaning there is no current airbag functionality for the passenger in my 2010 Infiniti QX56. There was a voluntary safety recall for (R1606) for Infiniti QX56's with years 2014-2016 for the same fault. Obviously, this is a tremendous life and safety risk and should be resolved by the manufacturer.

THE REAR OVERHEAD CONSOLE FELL WHILE DRIVING. APPARENTLY IT WAS DUE TO THE HEAT ON THE ROOF THAT MELTED THE 6 CLIPS INSIDE THAT HOLDS IT TO THE CEILING, I'M CONFIDENT THIS HAS TO BE A MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND NEEDS BE CORRECTED BEFORE SOMEONE DIES. IF MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN WERE IN THE VEHICLE IT COULD HAVE EASILY KILLED ONE IF NOT BOTH. FLIMSY PLASTIC BRACKETS THAT CAN EASILY MELT, SHOULD NOT BE USED IN A VEHICLE LIKE THIS. CURRENTLY, THE ONLY THING HOLDING IT UP IS THE MAIN POWER CABLE. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL SINCE THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF INFINITY AND NISSAN ARMADA'S WITH THE SAME EXACT ISSUE. AND TO THINK THEY WANT $90K FOR THE NEW QX WITH CHEAP CRAP UNDER THE HEADLINER. REALLY?!?! WHEN I CONTACTED INFINITY USA, THEY ACTED SURPRISED AND SAID THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING, AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT CONSUMER AFFAIRS READ OFF THEIR SCRIPT TO ME.

I HAVE BEEN THE OWNER OF THIS VEHICLE SINCE JUNE OF 2014 AND PURCHASED IT WITH 53K MILES. THE UNDERBODY HAS SUBSTANTIAL RUST FOR THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE. THIS RUST HAS SEIZED THE ALIGNMENT BOLTS IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE AND IT CANNOT BE PROPERLY ALIGNED WITHOUT MAJOR REPAIRS(IN EXCESS OF $1500). A VEHICLE OF THIS AGE SHOULD NOT HAVE CORROSION TO THE EXTENT THAT A REAR END ALIGNMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I HAVE TWO OTHER VEHICLES SUBSTANTIALLY OLDER WITH LESS UNDERBODY CORROSION. ON DECEMBER 8, 2011 - SHEEHY'S INFINITI OF ANNAPOLIS, MD - MY VEHICLE ODOMETER READING WAS AT 23,539. ON MAY 2, 2013 - JBA'S INFINITI OF ELLICOTT CITY, MD - MY VEHICLE ODOMETER READING WAS AT 45,034. ON JANUARY 20, 2014 - SHEEHY'S INFINITI OF ANNAPOLIS, MD - MY VEHICLE ODOMETER READING WAS AT 55,430. CUSTOMER COMMENTS: SEVERAL OWNERS AND PREVIOUS OWNERS OF THE 2008-2010 QX56 (VIA RESEARCH) EXPERIENCED VERY SIMILAR SUSPENSION AND STEERING FLAWS. IF THIS IS A FLAW IN THE DESIGN OF THE VEHICLE, I DO NOT FEEL THAT IT IS THE CONSUMERS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO TRY TO CORRECT IT, WHICH IS WHY I CONTACTED (VIA EMAIL) INFINITI'S CONSUMER AFFAIRS OFFICE ON JANUARY 24, 2010. AFTER SPEAKING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS AND REVIEWING MY VEHICLE HISTORY, [XXX] (FROM INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIRS) CONTACTED ME ON JANUARY 31, 2014. [XXX] RESPONSE WAS EXACTLY LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS: SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY A PROBLEM. MY WIFE NORMALLY DRIVES THIS VEHICLE, BUT IT BECAME OBVIOUS TO US THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG AROUND JULY OR AUGUST 2010. THERE IS A SERIOUS FLAW IN THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND/OR DESIGN OF MY 2010 INFINITI QX56 4X4 SUV THAT SCARES THE HECK OUT OF MY WIFE AND KIDS WHEN DRIVING IT. THIS VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE TO BE ON THE ROAD, BUT WE HAVE TO DRIVE IT BECAUSE IT IS OUR ONLY FAMILY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION.
