THE CONSUMER COULD NOT TAKE HIS HANDS OFF OF THE HANDLE BARS TO SIGNAL A TURN OR STOP. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER THAT THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE FIXED. *SC *JB
